Base prices are for complete outfits, which include coat, pants, shirt, tie, applicable jewelry and cummerbund or vest. Shoes, upgraded microfiber shirts and other items are optional cost items. Partial, non-complete rentals are available but are subject to availability after complete outfits are filled.

50% of rental fee is required prior to or when measurements are taken. the balance is due when the outfit is picked up.

From pick-up date till noon on the next working day after date of use (event date).

Example: Pick up Friday > Event Saturday > Return Monday

Tuxedos are air-shipped from the Mainland (Jim's Formalwear) and may be picked up when ready, typically 3-7 days before event date. Early pickup is encouraged at no-charge if available. Hali'a Tuxedos will attempt to notify customer of arrival.

If contracted at time of placing order, special rates apply.

(1) One additional week = daily rate + 50% of daily rental

(2) Two additional weeks = daily rate + 100% of daily rental

The MANDATORY fee of $8.00 covers accidental soiling and damage to the rental garment.

It does NOT cover loss, theft, or malicious damage.

(1) One outfit rented = $35 shipping

(2) Two outfits rented = $12.50 each ($25 shipping)

(3) Three outfits rented = $5.00 each ($15 shipping)

(4+) Four or more outfits rented = no charge

Deadline to order is 7-10 days before event date. Orders placed less than 7 days before event date are considered "RUSH ORDER" and an additional fee charged to accomodate service and shipping cost.

Changes requested after order is placed, if time allows, can be made for a $15.00 service fee

Cancel before measurements provided = No fee. 100% of down payment refunded

Cancel 14 days or more before date of use = Forfeit $30. Excess down payment refunded

Cancel less than 14 days before date of use = Forfeit $50. Excess down payment refunded

Cancel after tuxedo shipped to Kauai = NO REFUND, even if not used.

Rental outfits are intended to fit a wide range of body shapes and may not fit a specific person perfectly. However, reasonable attempts will be made to have the tux fit nicely. Customer agrees after picking up tuxedo to try on as soon as possible and to contact Hali'a Tuxedo immediately if corrections are needed. Alterations or exchanges requested buy customers may be subject to alteration fees and shipping charges if they were not originally measured by Hali'a Tuxedo or when tuxedos were not tried on promptly.

By noon on the first working day following date of use at Hali'a Tuxedo (located inside Alakoko), unless specified in writing at time of order. Or shipped via UPS if applicable; Prepaid shipping label provided.

1-2 days late = $50 fee per day late (includes partial day)

3-7 days late = (1) one times rental order total

Fees collected when returned.

Customer pays for lost or maliciously damaged beyond repair at a maximum of (5) five times the regular daily rate. If applicable zippered garment bags must be returned with tuxedos. Customer acknowledges that damages are sometimes discovered after the outfits are returned and agree to be responsible forth. Fees are payable immediately, else incur additional fees of $5 per day, per item. Customer authorizes billing to the credit card used for the original rental, if applicable. Damaged items paid for become the property of the customer and may be claimed up to 30 days.

In the event a product is defective or not available, liability is limited to the applicable rental cost and applicable taxes

Customer agrees to pay for all collection and legal fees if applicable
